Following annual Electronic commerce conferences, the 8th national and 2nd international conference on electronic trade & economy would be held by ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade & Scientific e-Commerce Association and Cultural Heritage, Handicraft and Tourism Organization with collaboration of some other institutes, organizations and academic centers which are engaging in electronic trade & economy on October 19-21, 2014.
The slogan of conference is: “let’s Trade intelligently”. This is due to fast evolution of information & communication technology trend during recent decades and transition of developing countries such as Iran from primary steps to maturity phase, which enable them to use capabilities of this technology in the favor of citizen social welfare and economic development of society.
In this framework the conference organizers believe that Iran tourism industry due to its competitive & comparative advantages could be consider as one of the main pillar substitutions for oil industry, especially by applying information & communication technology capabilities as Electronic Tourism.
We do believe that this conference would be a unique opportunity for cooperation of national and international experts, academics, managers and policy makers in order to benefit from information & communication technology potentials to meet the needs.
Paper submission deadline will be 27 sep 2014.
