Iranian e-commerce scientific association has been established to develop and scientifically promote e-commerce, enhance qualitative growth of the specialized forces and improve research and training programs in e-commerce. The request of establishing the association was reviewed and approved in Iranian scientific association commission in ministry of science, research and technology on 30/6/2009 and finally via the letter no. 2416/3 dated 14/7/2009 was communicated to the board of founders.

The second meeting of general assembly of Iran e-commerce scientific association was held in Iran customs building on 9th of December 2011. Board of directors, some founders' members, association key members, association associate members and the representative of Iran scientific associations' commission were attended this meeting.
First, Dr. Memarnejad the chairman of the board reported on performance of this association since its establishment and the achievements were presented and briefly described. Then Mr. Paryab as treasurer and secretary of association reported the current general and financial activities of association. Next, Dr. Mozayani as the legal inspector of association reported the operational evaluation to association members.
During this meeting an election was held and the new and substitute board members and also the legal inspector were selected.
Seyed Hossein Paryab (engineer), Mohammad Sadegh Mofateh (engineer), Dr. Shahriar Pour Azin and Dr. Mohammad Reza Farzin had the most votes and were selected as the main members of Iranian e-commerce scientific association board of directors and also Mr. Ahmad Gholamzadeh (engineer) and Dr. Sanayei were selected as substitute members of association and Dr. Mozayani and Hemat Morad Ghalandari (engineer), respectively were selected as inspector and substitute inspector of the association.
Also based on this meeting's resolutions, the associate members' membership fee will be the same as before and the membership fee for legal members increased from 1,000,000 Rials to 2,000,000 Rials and was approved by the assembly.
