Iranian e-commerce scientific association has been established to develop and scientifically promote e-commerce, enhance qualitative growth of the specialized forces and improve research and training programs in e-commerce. The request of establishing the association was reviewed and approved in Iranian scientific association commission in ministry of science, research and technology on 30/6/2009 and finally via the letter no. 2416/3 dated 14/7/2009 was communicated to the board of founders.

The meeting was attended by the majority of board of founders' members, associated members and representative of Iran scientific associations' commission which is dependent to ministry of science, research and technology. During this meeting, the articles of association was read and approved. Also membership fee and Gazettes for advertising were determined. Meanwhile an election was held and the board of directors and the inspector were chosen.
Note: It was decided not to receive any membership fees by the end of 1388 and all members need to pay the membership fee to an account which will be announced later.
Donaye eghtesad and Fannavaran were chosen as Official gazettes.

The association held the first meeting of the board and assigned the tasks to each member to form specialized committees and in order to promote scientific level of researchers and to develop and promote e-commerce in Iran.
